Full Specialist Care Option

Shore Birth obstetricians will care for you throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth and a Shore Birth midwife will care for you at home once you are discharged from hospital.

During the antenatal period, you have the option to meet all the Shore Birth Specialists if you wish. A Specialist Obstetrician is available 24/7 for any emergency calls and for women in labour.

These include antenatal visits, labour and delivery, postnatal midwifery care, and a six week check of the mother by the Shore Birth Specialists.

Private ultrasound scans, and special tests such as amniocentesis or CVS are charged separately. For further questions please feel free to contact the Shore Birth office.

Referral:

We do appreciate a referral from your GP, midwife or Fertility Specialist. However, you can phone us directly if you wish and you are able to transfer to Shore Birth at any time during your pregnancy.
